How do I get on to WiFi?
LSU uses EDUROAM as it's primary WiFi service. In order to log into EDUROAM, you will need to enter your full LSU email address and myLSU password.
You will need to reset your WiFi settings every time you change your myLSU password. Click here for short videos on how to reset your device

If I am on textbook scholarship, how to I pick up my textbooks and course materials?
Your Academic Advisor will coordinate with your team to pick up your pre-packaged textbooks from the LSU Barnes & Noble Bookstore or to have your textbooks shipped to you.  If you discover that you did not get all of your textbooks and materials, please be sure to contact your Advisor for assistance.
If you have to purchase an online material for class, please email your receipt along with a copy of your course syllabi to your Advisor so they can assist you with processing a reimbursement to your account.
 
How do I schedule an exam using ProctorU if my course requires it?

The first step will be for you to create your ProctorU account (use link below):

Next, it is strongly advised that you schedule all of your exams in advance to avoid issues with attempting to schedule them the week or day of.

Once you have created your account and scheduled your exam(s), please make sure to email a copy of your receipt and course syllabi to your Academic Advisor so they can assist you with a reimbursement to your account. 
If you are having issues scheduling or while taking an exam, it is encouraged to take screen shots of your issues and immediately email them to your course professor and advisor for assistance.
 
 
 
How do I print at the Academic Center or checkout a Laptop, iPad, or calculator?
Please contact your Academic Advisor to submit your request.  They will then forward it to the Information Technology Manager to check for availability and arrange for a pick-up.
 
What is Multi-Factor Authentication?
Multi-Factor authentication is LSU's way of ensuring your account is safe and secure. You'll need to provide your myLSU password and authorize your device in order to access email and other applications from off campus.
